The stay here was really enjoyable for 5 nights. Really enjoyed staying at the double room with aircon and a kitchen. - the location was good, just next door to subway station and Kensington Park, Bayswater underground and Bayswater and Queensway Tube...

Its staff was informative and kind.

The breakfast includes tasty food, such as slices of fresh bread and cheese. The rooms are cheap and huge, have hypoallergenic pillows. It is conveniently located 3 km away from a Hyde park.

Practical unit equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerator. Marvellous location in a nice area, surrounded by diverse restaurants, supermarkets, Boots, pubs. - Conveniently located just next door to Queen Caroline's Temple....  

Plenty of fab options for meal.

Overall it was a comfortable stay. Room was good sized and met requirements.

The staff at the reception desk were very courteous. the beds in our double room were good. the kitchenette and bathroom were nice. the location is fantastic, close to supermarkets and the famous Portobello Road Markets....

The studio apartment was small and cramped. It doid not match the description on Booked.net.

The breakfast had a delicious selection of fresh bread and cheese. the double room was practical. - the location was great and fantastic, very close to restaurants, convenience stores, halal food, public transport, and the Queen Victoria Statue.

The location was good.

We booked two Family Apartments through Booked.net, these rooms sleep 6 each. Upon arrival, we were checked into two one bedroom apartments but not told anything different. We were charged the full rate for the Family Apartment (which slept 6). After thinking about it I queried them on where the additional 2 people would sleep if we needed - once pushed they scurried to find the Front Desk Manager who advised that they had a 'technical' glich at some point during the booking and we had been moved. It was so busy everywhere we had to stay, they provided us a very small refund to compensate. The apartments were very small even by London standards and extremely expensive. If you book the Family Apartment, make sure you tell them you have 6 people staying so you cannot be moved to smaller rooms.

Great location with many restaurants and shops. 2 underground stations nearby and several bus lines. For London generous rooms.
